Essential companions to the Pilates and Gyrotonic Exercise systems, these are floor based, group classes meant to complement the work done on the equipment.
We offer Massage Therapy, Alexander Technique, Acupuncture and other forms of Somatic education to integrate and rejuvenate.

Why come to reFORM?
reFORM is a well established inclusive community of highly skilled teachers and engaged students. The studio space is beautifully designed with natural light, cork floors and blue pine barn doors. Although spacious enough to host all of the equipment, it is designed to create intimate spaces for focused one on one and small group instruction.
Should I do Pilates or Gyrotonic Exercise?
We offer the introductory package of both systems. It’s a personal choice whether you decide to start with one vs the other. Once your knowledge of both has been established, we do often mix both into a session. To decide, ask yourself: Do I feel a stronger need to build support and strength from my core (Pilates), or do I feel constricted more and need to expand and open up (Gyrotonic)? Some clients prefer one modality over the other but most enjoy both!
Do I have to be in shape?
reFORM welcomes all shapes, sizes and fitness levels. We welcome you just the
way you are! You do not have to be “in shape” or lose weight in order to begin
sessions at our studio. Our clients range in age from 12-86!
What is the membership?
The membership provides a way for you to immerse yourself in the work of the studio in a more holistic, consistent and most affordable way. It’s designed to build your practice and watch your body transform from being consistent with this work. In addition to discounts on all services, our mat classes are free for members taking privates, semi-privates or small group lessons, and members get access to independent workouts and videos.
