To our wonderful clients at reFORM,

reFORM is such a gift to us. Often we hear “thank you” for what we give to you, our clients. You say that after our sessions you walk out into your lives feeling taller, more grounded and freer in spirit. We also hear what a great space we have created at reFORM, with how beautiful it is, the warm, friendly, inclusive feeling and the non-competitive attitude we hold.

What we don’t always get to share is what a gift it is to be in our shoes. To be a part of your commitment to yourself, in which you give your body the chance to unwind, to get stronger, to move more freely and to see the full potential of your embodiment. We truly love what we do and are blessed to work with all of you.

Teresa, Matt and I will have owned reFORM for 10 years in 2019. We have strived to build a staff of talented teachers and to create a space that is fun, aesthetically pleasing and inclusive, all while making Pilates and Gyrotonic financially accessible to more people. reFORM has been our baby and we have been holding it for 10 years.

It will be 4 years this December that we took the leap and doubled the size of our space. We have been able to sustain this growth and stay afloat and for this we are both proud and grateful.


Our recent struggle has been around how to hold true to our vision of affordability, while supporting our team with the rising costs of living and operating a business. Our dedicated staff, career teachers whose services we often hear are more effective than PT sessions and some doctor visits, need to earn a living wage.

We sought professional counsel, and spent countless hours creating a new pricing structure that reflects our ideals and the value of our teachers’ gifts and devotion. We appreciate your loyalty as we streamline our business to make it run more smoothly and fluidly.

Here are the changes we are making, which will take effect October 15th, 2018:

Membership includes:

• Discounted rates (see table below) on equipment sessions, massage and Alexander Technique
• Unlimited mat classes*
• Video access to our mat classes
• Unlimited independent workouts*
• Access to our archive of independent workout videos
• 10% off reFORM workshops

*Unlimited mat classes and independents are available to members who have a Pilates, Gyrotonic or Alexander Technique session that week.
