Sharon Conlan

Sharon is a certified Pilates Educator and Barre Instructor who completed the Balanced Body Teacher Training Program at EHS in San Francisco. Her movement practice began with dance and she discovered the benefits of Pilates while searching for a way to strengthen her body and avoid injury. Sincefinishing the program in 2015 Sharon taught at several studios in the Bay Area before relocating to Portland, OR in 2020.
Believing Pilates should be enjoyable and functional, Sharon endeavors to bring a vibrant atmosphere to the classroom while concentrating on the principles of proper biomechanics. She crafts movement sequences that teach clients to move with more efficiency; imparting comfort, healing, endurance, strength, and empowerment through movement.
