Stephanie was first introduced to Pilates and the Gyrotonic expansion system when she first started working at reFORM in 2015. She started as a front desk and studio helper and has now moved into a front desk manager position. After taking sessions with teachers at the studio and doing mat classes several times a week, she decided she wanted to offer more in terms of helping the studio and clients and completed her Pilates mat training in 2018. She thoroughly enjoys teaching and is always learning. She is also a 300 hour certified yoga teacher. Her other interests include filmmaking, acting, reading and snuggling with her family.
